A Hobbit's Tale

Legolas (a 2931 years old Elf) was the son of Thranduil, who was the Lord of the Elves of Mirkwood. Legolas joined the Fellowship of the Ring and fought in the Battles at Helm's Deep and the Pelennor Fields. He became a good friend of Gimli, had very sharp eyes and was an excellent archer.

After the death of Kind Elessar, he passed over the Sea and it is said that he took Gimli with him.

Legolas is performed by Orlando Bloom in Peter Jackson's Lord Of The Rings.
