This section will endeavor to trace the histories of the major weapons and armour utilized by the evil races that J.R.R. Tolkien placed in Middle Earth. I will concentrate on items used during the War of the Rings at first, and eventually include items from the Simarillion, and the rest of Tolkien's works.
Some of the items
here may be listed more than once, as they may have actually been crafted
by one race and used in battle by another.
