The description on the back of this book [as seen above] is really great. If you read it and think to yourself, "It couldn't really have all that, could it". Well, I have news for you, it does. This is a really, really good book. It has everything you might ever want to know about the Lord of the Rings movies.

When you are watching the LotR:FotR movie and you ask yourself, "How do they do that!?", this book is the place to turn. It is so packed full of information about the sets, actors, camera techniques, and tons of other info you can find almost anything relating to the technical aspects of the movie.

The book also features the background of the movie in a chapter know as "The Road to Middle-Earth". This chapter includes Peter Jackson's love for the Middle-Earth and how he turned 3 books in to 3 spectacular movies.

This Fool of a Took "Great Book Award" pick is a must for any Tolkien fan or anyone just wondering about the movies. It is packed full of loads of information and lots of great pictures. Check it out at a local books store today.

This book is great for anyone wanting as closer look at the magic that Peter Jackson and the rest of the immense team of people did to bring the Lord of The Rings to life on the silver screen. Of course, I bought mine before the films came out, so I was completely engrossed by the photos and the text, having had almost no premonitions about the way the movies woul;d turn out. Over all it is a must for any Lotr fan.
