Hey guys,
Who are your favorite directors. Name a few, not only P.J.
Mine would be Quentin Tarantino, Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson. I especially love Tarantino, He is a brilliant nutcase. But hey, so is Peter Jackson.

Damn boy, that is one fast reply. I just posted it a few minutes ago. I really liked Ep. 4-6 but the new Star wars movies really suck. I saw Ep. 1 and I will never see Ep. 2 cause it ain't worth the money. P.S. Kackson? Better edit that out before your kicked:p

Ah, only so few posts. Nah I actually am the guy who really made this website so I gave myself a cool picture....Just kidding, it was one of the things I could chose from when I logged in. It is made by John Howe, I think he is the best Tolkien inspired artist ever.

Jackson, of course! Even if you don't consider everything else he's done, LotR makes him a worthy director.
Personally, I don't care for Lucas, I don't think he can be called a great (or even good!) director when we consistently see him relying on special effects to sell his movies. The OT was good, yes, but as i recall he only directed the first one (could be wrong, though), and that was 30 years ago!
Oh yeah, and M. Night Shymalan's an awesome director. Loved 6th Sense and Signs, though I haven't seen Unbreakable.

Oh, I forgot mister Night. He totally rules. I saw 6th sense and Unbreakable(wich rocks), haven't seen signs. Also another director has crossed my mind but I can't remember his name. He made Memento (brilliant) and Insomnia (yeah even more brillaint)

Yeah, those are the funniest movies ever!
I remember when my history teacher told me we were going to watch a historical reenactment of the witch trials, then showed us... well, you know!

I Like Guy Ritchie too, I thought Snatch and Two smoking... were really good.

Love Guy Ritchie as well...Lock, Stock and Snatch are probably my favorite late-nighters at the moment.
and of course, Jackson is the man
as for others, love M. Night, have intermittent love for Ron Howard, and really just am enthralled by Steven Spielberg...when he doesn't manage to sell out ;)
for old-schoolers, Francis Ford Coopola is the absolute legend.
I was wondering, anyone heard of director Paul Thomas Anderson? great director whose films include Magnolia and the upcoming Punch-Drunk Love.
