This thread is about what the cast say about each other and what they got up to during filming. This is one of my faves....

DOMINIC MONAGHAN on CAST'S DAY OFF...

"Hungover...very funny. At lunch we were all wearing black clothes and sunglasses. Rang mum and Liv when I got in. Viggo left a long message on my machine. He leaves these kind of stream-of-consciousness messages on your machine, like :'Yeah, this is Viggo. I'm eating chicken, I'm wearing blue trousers, the sun is shining....'
I always save the messages."

I can't quote any directly, but I recall a few snippets....

Dom saying that he and Elijah watched "Billy Elliot" and cried. (So sweet!)

Elijah saying that Sir Ian was a flirt. lol

Viggo and Sean Bean teasing Orlando conastantly because of the slight femininity of Legolas.... (I say slight to prevent being pelted with rocks and/or slapped with trouts by enraged leggy fangirls!)

Elijah saying that he felt he gained a brother in Sean Astin. (So sweet once again!)

there is a video out there somewhere, where Dom is commenting about the movies and what it was like. He went on to tell a story that went something like this.

You all know about them getting so rained out during one shoot and the big flooding and all, well, PJ wouldn't stop shooting till it was absolute impossible. It had gotten so bad they couldn't even get out of the location so they stay I believe at some local hotel. Well, at the hotel all of the Hobbits, Legolas, and Aragorn(he went along for the entertainment) had to peel off all the artifical feet, ears, ect.....anywho, the only place to do it was the laundry room! So each one set on a washing machine or dryer. Elijah happened to be on the very end one next to the wall. and between the dryer and the wall was about 2 feet of space. So there they all were sitting around and yacking and drinking some wine. Elijah made a smart alec comment and Billy Boyd just turned around and push Elijah, who happened to be sitting next to him. Elijah fell into the 2 feet of space and got stuck! all you could see was his to legs and feet(with artifical feet and hair still half way on) kicking in the air. And all the guys did was sit there and laugh!

hehe, watching Dom tell that was funnier than heck and i hope i retold it best i could.

oh god i wish i were in the movie!!! or at least work on it, preferably so i would have to be everywhere the cast was. oh it would be spectacular, ian would be like a grandmoth-i mean grand father to me and watch out for me. Elijah, Sean A, Sean B, billy, and dom would be like brothers and we would get into all sorts of mischief. There would be a kind of deep respect between me and viggo, we'd have deep convesations about art and poetry and stuff (that sentence is so poetic, 'and stuff', jesus). and of course orli would start out as just a good friend but we fall madly in love and mske out between scenes, liv would be furious with anger :). Finally i would win an oscar. ooooooooh it would be so great. oh well maybe it'll be like calista flockhart and harrison ford. i'll date him but not until he's like 50, he'll look really young for 50 though (it's the elvish in him)

I've never picked a fight with a Moderator before. On the other hand, I've grown very patient in my old age :wicked: so I'll just sit back and wait.

I'd love to see a good shot of Elladan and Elrohir...the only pictures I've seen have been of their backs.

Wolf spider bites are pretty nasty, so I don't blame you for being a little TERRIFIED of them. My friend is a little freaked by spiders too - I thought he was gonna break my arm in the theater when that spider crawled down Merry's shoulder. OW!

heh heh... I freak out too whenever I see a spider... I run to my neighbor (who is VERY hot but somehow I get the impression he is gay) and scream "Help! Come kill this nasty spider in my apartement!!!" Very girly and pathetic, I know... (maybe I'm one of the reasons he doesn't like girls).

Thank god for pest control, thought, cause I don't get very many spiders...

I get a little nervous around wasps and hornets ever since one got in my shirt and stung me on...well, I just don't want them around me. Spiders are fine...they help get rid of the nasty bugs!

Did anyone see the recent TTT special that was on TV a few nights back? I giggled incessantly when Billy was talking about becoming bosom friends and Dom shut his eyes and mumured "bosom"with a boyish grin., Promptly, Billy answered, "did I say Bosom?" To which Dom serenely nodded in pleasure... It was simply adorable. lol lol lol
Also, tonight Sir Ian McLellan was on Bravo network for Inside the Actors Studio and he indeed seems a large and hysterical flirt...I would love to get to know him...;)
