Didn't vote in the poll as I was somewhere inbetween.
Thought that the film was okay.. dragons not bad.. well worth watching, but not an earth shattering classic like say um..LOTR!!!!;)

I laughed all the way through. especially when my friend sitting next to me yelled 'nooooo don't kill the cute scottish guy!' It was so funny.

Did you expect the dragon to come to life again? they do in every other film I've watched! :huh:

it was boring. the dialogue was trite and ill-delivered. dragons simply dont make a movie all by themselves. i guess I wasnt in a humorous mood, I didn't laugh once

Seemed like a waste of 6 bucks. Plus the may the army guy dies was stupid. There are no strong plot.

Poor waste of a film that could have been so much more. with Matthew and Christian and the independent nature of the film, thought it would've been the sleeper hit of the summer.

thankfully My Big Fat Greek Wedding took that spot :)

Um... maybe not laugh, but I smiled during the whole thing.

But really, I liked it. I always like things like that, you know, where no one belives it and then it ends up biteing them in the butt.

its not a bad movies...its a campy B-movie which unfortunately tried to be more than it was. but see it, if simply for the greatest FX of the year...truly wonderful :grin:

um actually i myself, i went to the theater expecting something really good... and walked away with the sense of having seen something really bad... you know what i mean?

absolutely, i honestly believed this was going to be the sleeper hit for the summer. i mean, u had everything...amazing actors...a great plot (if not great realisement)...great FX...and dragons!! and to think...it all tanked.
