Anyone read the Shannara series of books?
I think they are really good. If u read them tell me what you think.

I read them a while back. Where pretty good, if very derivitive. Are those the ones with the druid Allanon or something?

Woah. I completely forgot about those. Those were really good (nothing compared to LOTR though). I'm gonna have to re-read those. The second one (elfstones of shannara, or something like that) was cool. I liked the Elf King guy.

Wasn't his name Eventide or something like that? Paloman Creel was the best(or wahtever his name was)!

It was Even- something. Prolly Eventide. Yeah, Paloman Creel was a cool character too.

I started re-reading the second one last night. I just love how it has this feeling that they are always being hunted.

I've read those books. I liked them(not as much as LOTR, of course). I always liked that weapons master guy from one of the books.

i have heard a lot of those books but haven't gotten them yet.
Will get them and read them as soon as possible.
