TTT Celebrations!

I have recently been invited to help throw a party the night of the TTT premiere in my local theatre!!!!!!! Ahhh! 70 people have already signed up it is going to be PACKED! And I have a shot at being a crew member... I really hope I can. How about you all? Are you going to celebrate the coming of TTT? What are you gonna do???

What local theatre are you going to? If I'm within distance, I wouldn't mind going myself. :)

My tentative TTT plans for celebrations incude simply seeing the film opening weekend. :knight:

I want to see it opening day :rolleyes: What am I thinking? The Theatre's gonna be packed! But there's advanced tickets.... I want to see it 3-5 times in theatre (FOTR I saw 3 times) I know! 4 for this one then 5 for ROTK!lol

See, I wasn't going to go to the premiere at first because of ticket problems, but since I am going to be crew i get my ticket reserved.... but I'm still unsure If i am crew yet.

I'll be going when it first opens but i wont need to book seats i dont think cause my cinema never seems that busy, just gotta show up early and get in there.

i'm booking tickets well in advance-it's what i did last year-and i arrived really early and got the best seats :) -which i also plan to do again. I'm prob. not doing anything else though-there arent enough LOTR mad people like me around here.

i don't even know whether my cinema is doing advanced bookings this early...guess i should find out!!
the problem is it'll be like star wars epoidode 1...when they opened the phone lines they were engaged for hours....my brother had decided that that was what he was doing for his birthday, going to see phantom menace on the day it was released..my mum was up half the night ttrying to get through!!

me and my friend got to our local cinema for the first showing of phantom menace when it came out, we got there b4 the cinema opened, but there was only 8 people in the cinema including us!

I've also finally made a t-shirt that says 'Official Frodo fancier'
And on the back it says 'You just wouldn't understand'

I'm wearing it to the premiere! :grin:
