Thanks to our every growong relationship with Newline Cinema, I was able to attend a private screening of the Extended DVD release of FOTR!

We've put up my entire review in the news on the main page, but to sum it up, they have made this Tolkien fan very happy! :whoohoo:

And I'm sure that if your getting this version (and you SHOULD!) you will be very happy as well!!

Attention...the review is loaded with spoilers!

:archer: (well it's close to a green eyed monster) I'm sooo jealous. I just read your review-i wanna see it so much. grrrr... however i just had my family captivated while i told them about all the stuff u'd written about hehe. I so deesperately want it now. It will arrive on my doorstep about a week and a bit after i get back from holiday, and i'm looking forward to it sooo much. all that extra dialogue sounds amazing-YAY!!!!!

I am looking forward to more interaction between Aragorn and Boromir. To me thats a theme in the book which will get picked up in TTT and ROtK, eith Faramir and Denethor.

um... why doesn't the link to the review work anymore? is it messed up because the site's messed up? Will the link work again some time in the near future? :huh:

Are you sure it doesn't work?

I know it was earlier....the www missing out of it..but that was hours ago...lol

I'm sorry, but I read barely any of it, mainly about the Prologue and Bilbo's part---but I already read somewhere about it. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to read more it it because I don't want to spoil it for myself---though the temptation is hard.

And yes, you're lucky, Illu. Congrats!
