It means that Those Elf which speak less than 7 lines or no lines.. like

Haldir (about 3 lines)
Celeborn (about 2 lines)
Rumil(no line)
What that elf name It is Figwit ? (this guy really never speak. people love him roflmao )
Gil-Galad (One word)
and etc.

lol Never mind...it gives us a chance to appreciate those who aren't the main elfy dudes!

Figwit has my first mention...he's a different attractive to legolas...he's dark...brooding...mysterious...

Elrond pretty cool...but not my idea of cute...hmm...

There are other elves that were in the battle that no-one mentions that were pretty nice... :)

Rumil is Haldir's bro... he's in the books akiba (wink wink no I'm kidding you, you know that right?).

Figwit... well... figwit's special... go to www.figwitlives.net. Hopefully you'll understand then :).

Gil-Galad is the elven king who defeated Sauron in the battle you see at the beginning of the FotR movie. I wasn't aware that you see him in the movie, I will have to look more closely next time I watch it. What was his line, LR?
