Extended verision - I saw it

Hello everyone!

Last week my uncle got a package in his mail-box. Whe he opened it he saw that it was the extended verision of FoTR. He writes rewievs for a big dvd-webpage, won't say it here.

This was 9 days ago now. Since then i must have seen it at least 5 times, and watched almost all extra material, which is ALOT! :naughty:

I hope you all will buy this as this is NOT THE SAME movie as you saw in the theatres. There are so many new scenes that you can't say its the same movie. This is what all tolkien fans has wanted. If you have any questions regarding this dvd just ask me. :thumbs:

So what was the extra material like? Did they have more interviews from the cast, and..... lol

It was one hundred times better then the theatrical verision! this is the movie we tolkien fans have waited for. i was very dissapointed with the theatrical verision, but with this NEW movie PJ brings the FoTR to life as it should be done!

About the extramaterial! lol what can i say? its ALOT! i watched as much as i could. there are 4 commentary tracks. i watched 2. one is with PJ, one with the cast and one with the crew who made the effects (weta) and other people involved. then there is the fourth which i cant remember. They also have very cool documentaries which shows how weta created ME and how alan lee and jon howe drawed all pictures etc. ALL EXTRAMATERIAL IS SUBBTITELED! I was a bit dissapointed that we did NOT get to see any prewiev of TTT though :(

If i only buy the extended dvd does that mean i have can't watch the theatrical version and that anyone e.g my mum, who's sees it will only be able to watch this one, and i will have to buy the theatrical version??mecry :(

Gah... I pre ordered the thing from New Line the day they started taking preorders, so I don't know if I'll get it on the 12th. :(

I had better have it by the weekend, though!

(probably just as well, cause the way next week's starting to look I won't have time until the weekend!

Yikes! How does one come up with enough money by the 12th in order to buy the special edition gift set! I must work hard before then. :P
