ME story

Hi everybody! :) My name is Lotte and I've been to this site a bunch of times but never posted in the forum. Ashley T.-something-Tolkienish kept telling me to come here, so here I am! :) I feel kind of like I'm barging in on everything. Hope you don't mind! :) I looked at the Hobbit name site and mine was Dimple Loamsdown. ::rolls eyes:: Anyway, since everybody here seems to like writing stories and poetry and that kind of stuff (I do too!!!), I wondered if anybody would be interested in writing a story about Middle Earth where we're like people who got transferred into the middle of the action, or something like that. Whatever (I just wouldn't want to be an elf!!). Does anybody else here think that would be fun, or am I just a nut in the wrong forum on the wrong website? :)

Interesting idea... I'd try it, but I have no writing ability whatsoever.. Don't feel like you're barging in... why don't you get involved elsewhere in the forum, or post a message in the welcome section so people can give you a 'formal' welcome? I hope you enjoy it here!!

I have written a story like that already. It is a group of friends and me and we are brought into middle earth to help with a problem. It was a request from a friend...It is funny, because I got to write about Hobbits in my kitchen.... :D
