I bet everyone asks this but how on middle-earth can i get a picture by my name and maybe a quote under my post??

Not a problem Master Samwise!

For the picture, it's called an Avatar, and you can into Options via the Options button below the Forum Community Title banner. This will take you to your User Control Panel. Once in there, click on the Edit Options button, then at the bottom of the page you will see a Change Avatar button. Click on that and you will be given a list of avatars that are available to you.

For your quote, that's called a signature, and you can find that by clicking on Edit Profile which is right next to Edit Options in your User Control Panel. You will find the Signature area right in the middle of the page along with all of the other profile information that you can change.

Erm......sorry.....

We only allow custom avatars for mods and other staff, and image uploads are turned off.
