:jester:

We all make our typos, and (s)he who says not is a liar :angel:

How about giving some that sound logical a new meaning? Sounds a possible funny thread-possibility to a :jester:

Here's the first entry:

typo was consusing iso confusing (Ranger/Mene) and we decided on the next way to introduce it in the Dictionary:

(to) consuse,....(to) sugar up....The sweetest way of (to) butter up

veryhappy Okay everyone send you're typos in cos, we can't very well make up a new dictionary with only one new word now can we:thumbs:
Remember to give the name of the founder of the new word and the genius who thought up the new meaning. It has to be a typo not a word you just thought up in you're sleep or in you're car or while you were daydreaming during maths, got it? Good.
:)

What could be more appropriate in a Tolkien-world, than creating a language, after all THAT is why JRR wrote all of his books, to create multiple languages
:jester: this time the Jester is NOT joking

This typo was made by Yar on WOTR Chat and there are 2 meanings by ridnarhti_M and myself.

Leople: Short, lovely people/A mystical being 1/2 human 1/2 leopard.

If you want to submit a typo for the new dictionary it's easy go to a chatroom like: WaroftheRing Chat!

I'm never daydreaming during maths..there are other a lot more interesting things to do in it.. like play hangman (it has something to do with geometry, I say)

Now on topic... we use some 'chat-words' all the time and never think we can mistake them... never? Ask Lady_Aerowen hehe

the poor 'word' is "lol".. some of her old variants, when she thought lol was too short for a good laugh):
"lool" = Laughing out...outrageously loud
"loll" = Laughing out loud Ladyaerowenishly
and all this to get to this day when she decided that lol was too long and tried the more straightforward "ol" Two meanings of this new way of expresing joy has came up "Out loud" and "Outrageous Laughing"

*falls over, loll* ;) Hehe, I feel like I have made the most typos on the three letters, 'lol' now. *glances at Mirky* Hrm. I thought of a few more:

llol= Loudly laughing out loud
lo= laughing out

A lot of people get so lazy, that they end up doing:
;p;
or:
kik

We need to think of something for those so that if you ever make a mistake in a chat room, you have something to back it up. Hehe. We just might cover all the possible ways to misspell 'lol'...I feel so pathetic having made up/done just about all of them. ^^

Mirky just made a BEAUT of a typo, and i was there to witness it:

Yeasterday
I decided to describe it as:
The day that blew itself up

Come on people, don't let me do this alone roflmao

Here is one i picked up in #chatterz:
Rusty, a mate in there typed sitracted iso distracted:
I gave it the next description for the dictionary

(to) sitract: lure or be lured on a side-track

Okay......here's a couple that the wife caught me at and now they are part of our vocabulary! lol

frinkle: the playfull type frown coupled with a wrinkling of the eyebrows; frown + wrinkle = frinkle

intertwingeled when two people are intertwined and feel all tingly. :naughty:

I've been caught at several of these, and she just laughs into tears when I do! lol I guess at times I speak quicker than I think, and then end up having to explain my blooper with a resonable meaning. :blush:

I'll check with the Lady Arien and probably contribure quite a few more! ;)

Illu........ even i went rolling on the floor.. The Jester cried with laughter........ GREAT typos

Here is a nice one from Mirky.... we caught her typing
habbits for habits.... we were talking our coffee-addiction :) and i thought it would be a good short

habbits ~ The way of life of Hobbits

Why thank you you rid! lol

The sad part is that they weren't typos! I said those out loud!

But the wife is quick and she catches me everytime! And then she goes and writes the darn thing down so that I can't deny it! lol

:jester:

The only answer I can give you Illu is that you and your wife must have a great relationship, if you create your own language-items you generally feel quite comfortable together

once in a while like right now... the Jester in his Ridiculousness can resist to ridiculise.

And BTW :angel: Freudian slips of the tongue or fingers tell a lot about peoples real thoughts.... ask those who have witnessed MY freudian typos. I will allow them to come forward tho they might shame me.... roflmao or keep the typos for themselves.

roflmao roflmao

Seems only a MILD case of Fattytus
If you really get affected with it i'd rather describe it as:

The inability to type 2 words in a row correctly

Sorry JW.... you are a great guy..... we shouldn't mock you this way

Translate this one if you may:

My mum had asked me to write Parmasan Cheese on the shopping list, and when she was going round the supermarket, she had to stop for minute to understand this new item on her list:

Pazasmah Chez

(since then, we have said, that if I ever open my own bar, I have the perfect name!!)

November 28th,2002, 03:20 PM
:jester:

Sorry, Dais G. It is a hard one... but i will try and find a good answer for you . I feel myself a bit of a :duh: dumbo

Unless you were eating a real Hot piece of Pizza when writing those words which would explain it completely ;)

i would say... you wrote it like it tasted and felt...

Pazasmah Chez : the way Parmesan Cheese is pronounced while EATING it

:jester:

This morning ( around 11:30 am my time and 11:30 pm for catz )she lay down a wonderful typo

Wanting to write (to) mean she wrote hean and as we were talking a possible male poster I decided to add some to her typo:

(to) hean : the way males use (to) mean (shorthand) ;)
(to) shean: the femine way of (to) mean (short too ) ;)

Those often are quite different under similar circumstances... ref the use of the word NO used by a woman and what a man thinks quite often it stands for

roflmao roflmao roflmao :jester:

His Ridiculous Jesterness is in your debt catz for the creative way your mind worked to bring more clarity in intersexual understandability of convo

I GUESS MEN SHOULD LEARN SOME SHEANINGS

well in a discussion on hobbiton today in the chat a new word came up that was deemed worthy of inclusion here.
Hobbitone- a hobbit band
