To the Sea

I was looking thru some files and came across these...it's sort of a complete poem, but more like a collection of short ones. Hope y'all like them!

The days are flying quickly past
Until I reach the Sea at last.

O, winter thou hast brought thy sting!
I wonder when will come the spring…

The golden leaves are falling
And the Sea is ever calling…

Forsake, forsake this Hither Shore
Leaving, leaving for ever more;
Until cometh the spring again
And the days will be as they did begin.

Sailing, sailing across the Sea
To Valinor, the Further Shore
Peace and rest I hope to see
Until the earth is changed once more.

AND another! I was inspired by the stars while walking to the mail with my sister last night.
