well, not really, but......
As of this date no one has an offical license from New Line to produce any of the bows from the movies.
However, Arms of Valor is carrying a 'Mirkwood' bow inspired by the elvish traditions in LotR. Unlike the swords made by UC and Noble, this is a fully functional weapon capable of pulling down a good sized deer or even an obnoxious cave troll.
