well maybe Wil or Isil might know more, but im not sure what you mean by Gandalf language......Gandalf speaks pieces pf Quenya and Dark Speech in the extended DVD (i think he speaks sindarin too, tho i could be mistaken there lol )
as to Tengwar, its not a language, its a script, often used to write the Elvish tongues, and there are several variations on it.
as for Quenya and Sindarin, which are the two best developed Elven languages there are several sources for material on learing these tongues...take a look at the "Learning Elvish" thread

Do you mean the letters Gandalf uses. Such as the marks he put on his crates of fireworks, and on the stone at Weather Top?

If so then that is called the Cirth letters [keerth]. There were used by Elves and Hobbits, but mostly by the Dwarves. They were designed for writing in stone. Tolkien based them on the old Anglo-Saxon Runes. The most famous one is # 19, the 'G' which Gandalf uses to sign his name.

I don't know if I answered your question or not. If there's anything else you would like to know I'll be happy to try and answer more questions.

Maybe i didn't make myself clear.

This languge is (i am not 100%sure ) the one which is written on the ring. I think that this is the languge of Mordor (as Gandalf says when he discover that the ring that Frodo has is the ONE ring.) Also when i searched the net for fonts of Tolkien's languages i found one which was similar to Mordor's but was called Tengwar-gandalf

for example:

thank you for your help whether you find it or not

ok well the language on the Ring is the Black speech of Mordor...the script it is written in is a variation of Tengwar...
as far as learning black speech goes, Isil or Wil might be able to help there, but theres not that much of the Black Speech quantified really... what there is of it is in a word list on the site Ardalambion (http://www.uib.no/People/hnohf/) tho theres little on syntax or grammar

Yes, the words on the One Ring are the Black Speach of Mordor. The script is called Tengwar Cursive. I don't know why they call it Tengwar Gandalf.

As for the Black Language itself......I have no knowlege of it beyond what is written on the Ring. I'm an Elvish fan.

Information on the Black Speech is very limited. I believe you can find some info at Ardalambion.com. Good luck!

well no one knows anything beyond the speech on the ring, wil.

there is an orc curse in the beginning of TTT which is supposedly in corrupted Black Speech. Which some people count in wordlists and others do not.

there is all the info on syntax and grammar available on Ardalambion, here (http://www.uib.no/People/hnohf/orkish.htm)

thats all tolkien wrote of which we know.

Actually, there are a few others: Nazgűl for instance.
