i drew it a little while ago. i dont draw much so it kinda just came along. pippin (billy boyd)-ish or not?;)

thats not bad at all missAB.......the likeness is close.........my last Pippin got stepped on by my cat with big muddy paws lol

aww, sorry about your picture getting stepped on by your cat. i have 3 cats so i know what that's like.;)

yeah, my picture was sketched from that one LOTR:FOTR poster... it also came in a scroll... it has the whole fellowship on it and it's green... but i guess that could be alot of posters. :p oh well. thanx again!

Beautiful portrait, it's not just a good likeness, it has EXPRESSION. I find I can get one or the other but not both!
And I know how you feel about muddy paws. In art class several months ago I painted a river rock .. pretty cool if I say so myself, perfectly round with one crack which I turned into a bolt of white lightning against a starry sky. The scene is from The Gunslinger, by Stephen King, and it's a desert - yeah, well, I sponged on a sand dune and the idiot next to be reached over and picked it up with his filthy hand about fifteen seconds after I set down the sponge.verymad
I needed to rant and rave over that. Thanks :blush:

But your portrait is really lovely. I'm glad I got to see it. I'll make it my computer wallpaper if you don't mind ... ? Please ... ?

Thats a really good piccy! Well done :thumbs: drawing peeps, real life like is really hard (reason why I never attempt it) so a massive well done for doing so well, you really managed to capture Pippin's essence!
