TTT Cast

I noticed that there is a character listed "Eothain" Does anyone know who that is? I don't remember Eothain from the books.
[tempted as I am to thinks it's Eowyn's kid from a past marriage that she had fostered out to the Dunlanders and has now turned evil, turned to the dark side and has returned looking for his father in Rohan..... lol...] Any guesses anyone? Just another child of the Eolingas or more closely related to Eowyn and Eomer?

Since I created this thread, this can go here now (Wasn't sure where else to put this). I was just looking at Der Herr de Ringe, the German site that has the full credits. Well I was looking through the site courtesy of babelfish (translates wepages, in this case German to English) and on a page that had a cast listing it said that Theoden was being played by:
"THEODEN Berne pool of broadcasting corporations Hill "
(Apparently Eowyn is being played by Miranda Petrol , poor Miranda)
[Atleast she's credited on that one higher than Liv Tyler , but alas i just noticed not so on the *.pdf document of the cast ]

Sorry it just made me giggle

Ok, Eothain is Eomer's subordinate.
He's the fellow to whom Eomer says The Two Towers, part I, chap. II, The Riders of Rohan
'Peace, Eothain! Leave me awhile. Tell the éored to assemble on the path,
and make ready to ride to the Entwade.'
he is only spoken of once more which is when he speaks out against giving horses to the three hunters.
