? The Hobbit Movie

Has anyone ever seen that old animated film they made of the Hobbit? I remember seeing a long time ago when I was very little and a couple of times after that but I haven't seen it in forever. It was a very good movie I think and I was completely engrossed in it the whole time, which probably led to my eventual reading of the book and then LOTR.
I also saw some of the LOTR movies made by the same guys(Bass & Rankin) but not much of it.
Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone remembered that cartoon film version and if you have, your thoughts.

erm i remember hating it. and i had nightmares... something weird i dont quite remember where smaug was chasing bilbo, and i had the ring but when i put it on it didnt make me invisible... i havent watched it since i was really little though :grin:

I haven't seen The Hobbit in a long time, but I temember it as being mediocre at best.
