So, it has been officially confirmed that neither the Ents nor the Hurons make a showing at the battle of Helm's Deep. Gandalf and Eomer come to save the day in their stead with a great cavalry charge.
Do you think this is better or worse than the way it was origionally written by Tolkien? Does the battle of men (ok, and some elves) alone increase the prowess of the Heroes and soldiers of Rohon? Or does it somehow cheepen things from the book?
