If we can be hobbits for a day
You and I can surely go all the way
Up and up
Be better folk someday

Roaming vast holes
Where traditions lie deep
Minding our business
Knowing little of greed

Enjoying long meals
A great deal
And sharing our pipes
With peaceful
Fellow allies


Feeling remorse
Forgiving and selfless
No space for evil
In our souls boundless


*******

High water nor ravaging winds
Will change our hearts

No conflict and war
Will reside in our lands

Nothing will poison our settled minds
For we are all quiet folk

PROUD TO BE HOBBITS

For a day !

Lost me a little in the 4th stanza, but you got me right back!!

Ahh, to be hobbit for a day in the Shire!! Would surely hope that it would be a day without end, and would definetly be worthy of many a song. :cool:

And yes Illu such a day must never end.
I was almost in the shire when i wrote that. I've always addored hobbits and their quiet ways....
It seems very crazy but i like hobbits more than elves

A! ELBERETH you said you'll put your moves on Frodo. :)
May i ask which one. maybe Elijah as Frodo? :)

I dont think it really matters... but to say the truth it would most likely be Elijah as frodo but i dont just like Frodo becuase Elijah plays him.. theres way more than that. I havent seen a different picture of Frodo besides what people's imaginations brought
