They're a fantasy-oriented metal band from Germany. Don't let the "metal" scare you, it's very melodic and operatic, almost. They have a lot of Tolkien influenced stuff. Their album "Nightfall in Middle-Earth" is based on The Silmarillion. Good stuff. Worth checking out.

Oh, cool stuff, Faramir! I'll have to check them out someday. :thumbs: I haven't heard any Tolkien-based music beyond the movie soundtracks, but I'd love to hear more.

I just knew about them a few weeks ago and WOW :rock: just one of my favs music style inspired in Tolkien :rock: Always felt very close relationship between Tolkien stories and so symphonic-melody-operatic rock music.
Startovarious also play a song called "LOTR" very cool
Iron Maiden has a song called "Return of the king", not so far of LOTR

They should include one rock song in LOTR sountracks, at least :rock:


Pity, is hard for me to get German albums

In the states it is relatively easy to get their albums
