I personally would really like an atlas

hey!
anyway, i might be the only one who's into this but i love just looking at maps of middle earth :) sometimes i want to know more about a location... like cair andros, and i won't be able to find anything on it anywhere, which sux :( i think it would be cool if there was a map section with descriptions of the various towns and lands of middle earth... i know i'd use it all the time and i think people who write fan fics would also be interested, always good to know the place you're writing about better... but hey that's just a suggestion

there are definately plans in the works to develope an interactive series of maps in the Armoury, but needless to say, requires a lot of work, so don't expect it any time soon.

In the interum check out this web site that has a lot of LotR maps on it.
