Hullowei, all.
Anyway, I'm just the latest in a flood of new folks to these Tolkien sites.
Let's see.... I first read the Trilogy when I was 9 or so. I loved it, absolutely loved the way Tolkien created Life. I read it again at 16 before FotR came out, and now it's a serious obsession. And by serious, I mean that it pervades many aspects of everyday life, and drives my friends crazy. :p
Other obsessions: The Aubrey-Maturin novels of Patrick O'Brian, playing tenor sax, reading. There are more, of course, but I'm feeling histrionic :embarras: so I'll stop now.
