Hi all. I know that strictly speaking this should be in the other forum, but since this one is getting the lion's share of the traffic I thought I'd stick it here (Fatty, please be gentle on me if you need to get moderatorial on my sorry arse :-).

Hard to describe. Basically a sterling example of how a film can be radically altered if the subtitling is just plain wrong.

i saw that just after fotr cam out...pil found it somewhere a\nd we were sitting in the computer room in schoo,l laughing histerically.......everyone thought we were mad!!!

I can only assume they played the audio track to one of those speech-to-text programs, and then got horribly confused with the character names :-)
