we can just appreciate one another for the friendships we've developed
and for our opinions shared on the movies and the books
we will still have the books
and i dont know about you, but every time i re-read them i learn something new

Amen!
I can't imagine this community dissolving because the movies are out. There's too much more here for me to even begin to think that will happen!

Then we can debate the merits of filming The Hobbit, who'll be in it, whether they should make the Sillmarillion.... Oh the choices are endless!

Like you said with the books, we can look at all the films over and over on dvd and spot more and more new things.
The moment it comes out I'll be the most excited i've ever been in my life. Then the moment the credits roll I'll start to feel the reality of the end... but then there's always this site
Long live War of the Ring.

War of The Ring will certainly be blessed with the lifespan of the Numereons - well maybe not that long but you get my drift - there'll still be heaps to talk about and plus theres some great people on here to discuss all happenings of life, in ME and RL.
We'll also hopefully get all three SEs in the cinema - what a day at the flicks that would be  (as long as theres plenty of toilet breaks lol)

Hopefully, they'll do some more of Tolkien's work. But if not, then I'm sure that everything will still be up and it won't jkust fade away ;)

Yes, I will still be here, and always will unless something stops me. As long as the site is here, I'll be here. You can never run out of something to say about Tolkien and his works - never.
