Of Legolas and His Elven Bow

Here is another day calendar poem! Not as great as the first two, but.........
Anyway, the picture is of Legolas shooting two arrows at the same time. :cool:


"Of Legolas and His Elven Bow"

Legolas Greenleaf, Elven prince so fair,
You can shoot any Orc with your Elven bow,
If any Orc be there.
Your aim is true, you never miss,
Your Elf eyes guide your hand;
You can see the enemy from far away
As he travels across the land.
Your Elven bow is strong and sure,
Your arrows long and swift;
They are of the best in Middle-earth,
They were an Elf queen's gift.
You fight for this world with all your heart,
That others may have peace.
Yet your Elven heart may not know rest
'Till you sail across the sea.

Well, that's just what the picture in my calendar was! I'm writing a poem for each day. That was yesterday's picture, and I wrote the poem yesterday. But I wouldn't have chosen to write a poem about Legolas otherwise!!!!

Oh, and mostly I just play along with the fan girls. I like Legolas a lot, but not THAT much!
