Yeh I've read most of Marlowe's plays (never read Dido Queen of Carthage)... Faustus is the best. I love the seven deadly sins and always remember the line of envy (in fact i always use this line to define envy)
"I cannot read and wish all books burned"
Fab stuff and as for the last scene... drama or what?

I haven't read it for a few years now (I think I read it when I was 15), but I did like it when I read it. Especially when you consider at that age I despised the likes of Shakespeare and Chaucher. I cant remember the exact details of the book, but remember being inspired by it. In fact, me and a couple of friends were discussing forming a band around that time, and I suggested the name 'Faustus'... Get it? Getting into todays music industry is like selling your soul to the devil for fame and fortune. But I think a couple of years ago I saw a band called Faustus or something to do with that book, and was quite disappointed as obviously it wasn't as clever or unique a name as I thought it was!!! lol
