This site has sort of an english to quenya dictionary and a quenya to english dictionary. also teaches you how to pick elvish names. That's how I got mine.

Winya=evening
él =star
so it means evening star!

Just FYI -- the name generators are highly unreliable. For example, you would never see the vowel combination "ae" (much less "aé") in 3rd age Quenya.

Just a tip, for future reference! :)

Also I find these lists have a shift- fault. i don't know if this is due to my resolution, but if not, the words you choose are translated into something completely different than they really mean!
