Does anybody have idea for how they would shoot a certain sequence that we haven't yet seen?

I had one idea for the Shelob sequence. At one point it seems as though another power is aiding the hobbits.

"And then his tongue was loosed and his voice cried in a language which he did not know:

A Elbereth Gilthoniel etc
.....

As if his indomitable spirit had set its potency in motion, the glass blazed suddenly like a white torch in his hand.."

I would have Galadriel watching this sequence in her mirror and cut between the 'action' and Galadriel observing. I would have Galadriel speak the lines so we could hear her voice behind Sam's as he speaks in Elvish thus triggering the 'starburst' effect of the phial.

How would you shoot/direct a fav scene of yours?

My idea for Shelob's Lair:

The two hobbits wander through the dark blindly. Suddenly, Sam gets caught in something.

Sam: Lousy Orcs! They left a net for us!

He slashes away at the netting with his sword. It does nothing. Finally, Frodo pulls out Sting and cuts Sam out.

Frodo: Wait a minute . . . *pulls out Fial of Earendil*, this isn't a net.

The camera switches to something's vision, looking through many eyes. The hobbits are in its sight.

Frodo: This is a spider's web!

Through eye vision:

Sam: But that's impossible. Even the spiders Bilbo saw in Mirkwood couldn't make webs this big.

Frodo: Then could there be something -

Normal vision: Frodo hears are noise, like a snarl.

Frodo: Sam . . . run!

That could be really cool, to see things from her perception...as they often do in films.

My vision:

They approach Shelobs Lair and the mew piece of music plays in all its dark glory. They slowly enter. After a while Sam notices Gollum has gone.

Sam: Where is that Stinker

They continue in, wading through webbing

Frodo: This is getting strange Sam. Perhaps you were right about Gollum

Sam: Now now Mr Frodo, I had no reason to doubt you. Just you let your Sam have a look.

Sam continues ahead and is lost from sight. Frodo starting to worry hurrys after him (much like the scene in FOTR with Sam in the cornfield). Around a corner is darkness. Then, in a quick flashback Frodo remembers the light of Earendil. It's light shines brightly down the cave and he spots Sam getting more and more tangled. Frodo comes up and cuts him free with Sting.
Then, in a POV shot, something looks down on them from above, getting closer. The hobbits continue unaware...

 I'll leave the attack to your own imaginations as I can't quite think of a way to shoot that yet ;)

Continuing from earlier:

Creature's vision: Frodo and Sam run away as fast as possible from the nightmare behind them. The vision follows them down the dark passages, twirling around as if it was on the walls, a la Alien3. The two are illuminated with some pheromonal essence.

Sam: What is this thing?

Frodo: Faster!

From afar, we see a dreary light of Mordor at the end of the tunnel, drawing nearer and nearer. Finally, the hobbits jump out of the cavern.

Sam: I think we lost it.

No chance. A gigantic spider, the size of a Mumakil, bursts out through the cave, foaming at the mouth. It is Shelob, queen of spiders in the Third Age. Sam draws his sword and rushes the creature. It whips out one of its eight, hairy legs, batting Sam across the outcrop. It turns toward Frodo, who has Sting in hand. She lets out a terrible scream, and charges the hobbit. He slashes, and skims the spider. She looks at the cut, snarls, and looks back up at Frodo. He darts, dropping Sting, running for Sam. Shelob follows.
Frodo runs as fast as he can, but Shelob is upon him in second. The hobbit attempts to break one of the creatures legs, but he is swatted out of the way. Dazed, Frodo slowly gets up, sees the spider lunge at him, and screams.
At that moment, Sam wakes up. He sees Shelob back away from Frodo, who has fallen to the ground, a fang mark in his shoulder.

Sam: Frodo! No!

Hastily, he grabs the dropped Sting off the ground, and tears toward Shelob. The spider rears up, ready to finish off Frodo, as she comes back down, Sam runs under Shelob and thrusts his sword up. Shelob comes down on top of it, and she cries. With extreme fury, Sam stabs Shelob again and again, at its legs, belly and eyes. Finally, it limps away, gurgling, into the cave.
:elfeek: Now, I would like to see that in theatres.
