I recently looked at the www.lordoftherings.net site, and I looked at the cast members for TLotR:TRotK, and sadly I found no Prince Imrahil.
Adding a Warg scene (which was really cool might I add) and screwing up Faramir's character are on thing, but taking out a vital character is a complete other. They should have taken Liv Tyler's salary from The Two Towers and hired someone to play the Dol Amroth prince.
She had no right to be in The Two Towers and I wished they had done things differently. And if they have an Imrahil, I will be surprised, because they have Denethor listed, and he hasn't been in any of the movies yet; so, I doubt I am have made a mistake.
Does anyone agree?

Don't give up. Imhrail could be in ROTK. They don't list Nick Nolte in the cast, who plays Beregond. And we know he's in the movie. Besides, they don't have the full ROTK cast up yet.

No Prince Imrahil? Drat, was hoping to see who's gonna act as him. I heard PJ would play up more on the romance between Arwen and Aragorn. (which he already did in both fotr and ttt)pfbbt

It would be so awesome to see prince Imrahil of dol amroth even legolas in the books is astonished at his power and says it's a grat capitan of men and has elven blood, and he is so handsome...uhhhh, it would be so cool!!!

Don't give up. There are good chances that Imrahil will be in the movie. Beregon will, just look on the Tolkien Movies (http://www.tolkien-movies.com/) cast page to find Beregon and his actor.
Beregond has to be in it, since he helped save Faramir. Imrahil didn't do too much except rule Minas Tirith for a bit.

Nick Nolte? Are you serious? Does this strike anyone else as really funny?
Prince Imrahil is an intensely cool character, but remember how many folks are already set to be introduced in ROTK and how many they already have. There's only so much time. :(
I wonder if they'll have Aragorn release the Oathbreakers sort of early on like in the book, or have him keep them around, if they won't have the Dol Amroth Army show. Or will they just have Aragorn lead them?
While Tolkien glosses over the whole romance thing, a lot of people (okay, mostly women) will be happier if there is some "luv" to offset all the dark, depressing things going on. It will make it seem a more rounded story to most.

I loved imrahil from the books and sincerely hope that hew ill turn up in the film. Howerver i think he is of the rank of character along with Gildor, Glorfindel, Elladan, Elrohir, Halbarad and Erkenbrand who had small but significant (not to mention cool) cameos/minor roles in the books. So he is far from certain I guess.

But Imrahil had a pretty signifigance in the book! (At least to me.) I think he brought a LOT of men to the war on the side of Gondor. Where do they expect to get those kind of troops from if there's no Imrahil? Pull 'em out of a hat? Or even better, pull the "Legolas arrows" trick and have them magically appear? lol
But seriously. Sure, it's another char to intro and explain, but goodness!

The cast list your are siting is old and no longer valid. Nick Nolte was not cast as Beregond. That was just an early, early rumor. The sites that are still using that information need to update.:p

I'm not counting ANYTHING as true until I see the movie.
Remember how we all thought Arwen would show her face at Helm's Deep? (OK, so she did, but only because WETA made a mistake ^___^)

I think we can dismiss nick nolte as Beregond, I don't even think he is in the movie.
Nick Nolte is also WAY to old to play Beregond of the guard, who has a 10 year old son. Didn't picture Beregond as a 60 year old with a small son and has a 27 year old brother.

Sorry, I admire Beregond, but I don't know Nick Nolte. What did he play in?
Let's hope Imrahil will show up. I liked him in the book. He was a great leader.

ummmm, I have a question: In the cast list, there was a mention of Gil-Galad (Gil-galad: Mark Ferguson) ..... is he adorning the cutting room floor, or are they going to be bold enough to put him in ROTK?

I am not only looking forward to seeing Prince Imrahil, but also Elladan and Elrohir.
