I also have a piece on the frodoandsam site -- under musings. My "real" name is Ann. Some great photos from LOTR and all of Elijah's other movies plus terrific writing about Frodo and Sam and their relationship.

On Elijah's filmography page, there's also a link to a wonderful site owned by Trudy Shaw, in which she rates all of his film performances. Some really good stuff there.

The one of Lij is the very last, on the bottom left. Notice the hair -- not shaved like before, but very short, like a crew cut. More photos to come, I'm sure.

Also, go to www.theonering.net and read the reports of the event. As we know, ROTK is going to be mind-blowing and the boys are just confirming it. Here's one piece of the report:

"Sean was wearing a hat, t-shirt, and long shorts, and Elijah was wearing a short-sleeved white shirt and jeans. I have to say that, even from where I was sitting, you could tell that Elijah Wood has the most incredibly intensely blue eyes ever to be put on this earth. I just couldn’t believe they're actually real. He also has a crewcut. Sean urged Elijah to do his “ringwraith scream” sound effect, and he did, and it was absolutely right-on. He’s a wonderful mimic. They said that Fran Walsh did the wraith screams we hear on the movie."

Not exactly a change, Nari -- it's similar to the look he had this past winter. A little longer now tho.

My friend who attended thought his nails looked like they were growing, although he did something to his left hand -- there was a big scab on it. i saw Spy Kids 3-D on Friday. and LIJ WAS IN THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! altho it was only for five minutes... lol lol he was still in there! yay! i hadn't expected that! i got to see a cool movie and Lij... yayness! and i memorized his lines, sorta:

"I am The Guy. C'mon. *he bursts open a door* *he grins* *he falls and disappears*"

or it was sumthin like that, atleast... but he smiled a lot, and wouldn't ya know it, he fell. lol lol lol roflmao it was actually kinda funny, except for the fact that he was only on there for five minutes... lol

a comment about his dialogue in Spy Kids: "I am The Guy" too true, too true... lol lol roflmao ;)

...and what a treat it was for Mommy! I took my halflings to see it and seeing Lij made the whole experience worthwhile. It's a good thing you remembered his line, Nari, 'cos I haven't a clue what he said! I was too busy gushing, hyperventilating, and squeeing.

The audience may have reacted 'cos I do remember some hum in the theater, but then again gushing, hyperventilating, yadda yadda. It's a good thing Daddy stayed home!
