Well i got my grubby paws on Never WInter Nights. Brought to us by the same people who did Baldur's Gate I&II it is a visual treat. Using a truly 3d engine the game is impressive.
While not the hack and slash of say diablo, the game has great atmosphere and an intuitive control system. The real bonus is th eonline play, not only can you play with others and explore new worlds you can also design games very easily. Here is the best part as a host you can ruly take th epart of Dungeon Master, controlling the actions of NPC's in realtime, right down to talking to players via them.
More soon and a full review. Once we get a few people with the game we will be running games set in Middle-earth. Watch the gaming section over the next month or so for more.
Have any of you tried it yet?
