Some of you might remember a song I posted a while back based on The Flight of the Noldor from The Silmarillion. Well, if you heard it and are wondering if there's more to come, here's you're answer: there is. Loads more. If you don't know what I'm talking about, here's your chance to find out....

Just thought I'd post that up here, since I'm sure some people are curious... if not, then forgive the shameless plug! But don't say I didn't warn you... ;)

Well, I'd take it as a good thing given the other things he said, but yeah, it could kinda go either way... :)

Thanks for the support everyone, I'll keep you all posted! I'm finishing up the first section of Gondolin right now... ;)

Oh...twas most definetely a very good thing!!!

After the intro vocals, the music that followed conveyed the emotions of that story so strongly that we had no choice but to shed tears. Your ability to capture the pain and sorrow of leaving Valinor is highly commendable!

I am looking forward to hearing your further translations mate!

Oh, and count me in! That will be a CD that I simply must have!

Wow, thanks... I can't tell you how much it means to me to know that my music moved someone so much.

*Thinks you're going to like the third movement of Beren and Luthien... ;)*

Let me know! I shall be waiting! :gofatty:

Oh....did you do this Mike Olfield style? Like with you playing or sampling all of the instruments?

I'm sampling all the instruments. Unfortunately, that's the only way this is possibly going to happen, as I barely have the funds to get the CD's printed, much less hire an orchestra to play the music and buy studio time!

I may be recording vocal parts, though (like in the Burning at Losgar in Noldor, only better recording quality and with Quenya lyrics)
