That sucks, but then again I guess they want you to be able to speak another language because when you get a job, you will most likely meet people from another country, and they want you to be able to speak to them.

I have no idea, but they are a set of exam that you have to take, and depending what grades you get willdepend on which clleges you can go to :( it sucks!! (you're not stupid btw, its just am english thing.....to make everything as hard as possible!)
