Has anyone seen Dragon Heart? Its slightly an independent film, although i think its been in theartres. (thats what the director said) Dragon Heart is one of my favorite movies! Its not an academy winner, but i Love it, only becuase I LOVE dragons... but has anyone else seen it? Its at least 5 years old or more but What did you think of it?

Most likely - didnt like it but i might as well give it a try with ya guys!lol

Is that the one where the dragon sounds like Sean Connery? And that evil prince guy and the girl? Something like that? I believe I saw that movie a few times (though not recently) and liked it. I think I even rented it once. I love dragons. :)

If that's the one where the dragon is nammed Draco and the dragon-slayer I forget his name can't slay him because Draco is the last dragon and when he is dead the other will be out of a job, then I've seen it.
I thought it was brilliant, and I loved the bit when the dragon-slayer is sitting in the dragon's mouth with his sword pointing upwards so that the dragon can't eat him, and then keep asking the poor beast questions.

I remember! I liked it, but I haven't seen it in a while.

Well, Dragon Heart is most definitely not an independent film...far from it actually. Got quite the advertising pull...Sean Connery and Dennis Quaid.

Dragon Heart is a very ok movie. Could have been so much more than what it was....as it is i do love dragons, so have to hold some love for the film. Left me feeling empty...just not much there, good or bad. leaning more to the bad side tho.

Nope your not hallucinating mate roflmao

But, I believe that was the second DH movie "A New Beggining" I think, and they were out to destroy the dragon. :(

Click on the link that I posted earlier and you will see that there is indeed 2 Dragonheart movies......

This does not mean that the same dragon is in both...just that there are two movies concerning the dragon's heart. lol
