Join the Underground Cheese Movement! Soon to receive a better name! Any suggestions?

I am Meunster Cheese as part of the Cheese Underground. If you would like to join, please contact me here, or by PM, and I will tell The Big Cheese. You must specify what cheese you are. You must meditate on this for you are then bonded to the cheese. You will be made one with the cheese. The cheese will live inside you, and you will be able to call upon its power.

All are cheese minions, no one is higher than the other. The Big Cheese rules all, runs all, decides all.

We will have a complete set of laws soon.

Currently, we have two members besides myself: Maggoty Cheese and Monterey Jack.

I seem to be partial to one simple cheese in particular wich is Provolone but I suppose I could leave that one for another cheese monger out there searching for the confines of out humble union here. How about I propose my name be German Havarti? If this will not do then I'll settle for Gruyiere!!;)

Well, the Big Cheese is pleased! We've got new members:

~No Cheese Minion is better than the other or in higher position, only The Big Cheese is above any Cheese~

Currently, you are all initiates. With time, effort, and training, you will become one of the Acceted, and then a Cheese Master. These different stages are not higher than the other, only they include more Cheese knowledge.

This organization is like a club. We meet and talk about things. Well, not really meet, but talk (type) on this thread. Okey? We talk about all things, such as cheese.

Oh, yeah, fondu is great! Love it with French Bread and fried beefstick.If you don't know what I'm talking about with beefstick, then you are not whole as a human being! Also, I love Toasted crackers both wheat and regular with all kinds of cheese. Cheese biscuits are awesome...and I like cheese on shepherd's pie...and homemade macaroni and cheese... The only cheese I eat plain is meunster, I eat the rest (usually) on crackers. Anyone ever had "brie"? I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling, but it's a soft cheese and it's white. Lemme see...I love Hickory Farms cheese balls and logs and their "Parti Havarti" which is a spicy Havarti. Yep... Thankyou Gouda Cheese for the discussion starter!:thumbs:

My very dear friend, Maggoty Cheese wants to kill me for starting this because it was her idea. So, many things will change as I try to lengthen my life. First, the name goes. No more "underground". We are The Cheese Coven. More things will change and I don't think we'll ever have laws because I have been loaded with schoolwork. So...we'll see in the summer!lol Life sucks, then you dieverymad ... but we have cheese! YAY!:)

Oh yeah, the Big Cheese is not offended. He is a bad speller himself.

I prefer just cheese. But sometimes I like crackers and cheese. Sometimes, maybe Peanutbutter and Cheese Sandwiches or Wraps. Perhaps Grilled Cheese Sandwich or Quesadilla. Maybe cheese pizza with little sauce. Always fondue!!! Oh and who in their right or left minds that likes cheese has never tasted the exquisite tasting cream based cheeses mentioned above...Brie and Camembert. I have only had them at this point on crackers...or bagel chips but I will endeavor to spoil myself I promise. How familiar are you all with Greek Cheeses? TO DIE FOR.... not just the moist ones either....there are drier ones that are beautiful more pungent then parmesan or romano...;) :p

I've always had a deep, spiritual connection with Feta Cheese.
Oh yum! On salads, greek or american, in lasagna, on spaghetti, melted over chicken - ack! When is lunch? 2 hours! Oh no! lol

there's this cheese that my mom sometimes gets, its called Manchego cheese (i think thats how you spell it). its spanish and its made sheep milk. it tastes really good! SG i like feta too, i think it goes best on salads or veggie pizzas:thumbs:

I think I was born to be a cheese monger. I have loved cheese from the day I was born. Cheese and I have a history stretching so far back I can't recall a time without it. There were days when all I would eat was cheese. There are days now when my three meals contain some form of the Gods gift! Cottage Cheese ( I know it's not real "cheese" but there is beauty there). Sharp Cheddar, Aged Parmesan, the Hard Brie mentioned above...(i'll get the exact name for you I love it too) Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Provolone, Sharp Swiss, Mild Swiss, I am crying!!!!! I love cheese....I did at one point in my short existance work as a cheese purchaser and seller at a major food chain. But that was so long ago. I miss my passionate relationship with Cheese....mecry

i like cottage cheese too....in one shop...dunno what shop it is... you can get cottage cheese with orange and pineapple in...it is so gross its unbelievable! i like the cottage cheese with chives and onion though.

I used to be a strict cottage cheese and veg kind of gal, then someone turned me on to cottage cheese and watermelon and now I'm all over the fruit mixed with.
Blueberries, pineapple, raspberries - over here Breakstone's makes packages that have the cheese on one side, and the fruit topping on the other.
So convenient for us lazy Americans, right? ;)

My father only eats Cottage Cheese with onions...talk about a party pooper...;) I on the other hand just need a spoon...;) I adore Cream Cheese (shhhhhhh:shhh: )and have you ever tried Kasseri- it's the other Greek cheese I couldnt remember the name for. The one that tastes like Parm...it's real strong... It's sooo good.

Just found this Cheese Thread, and it is FANTASTIC and very funny! Haven't seen so many people get excited about cheeses before ~

Being from California, where Happy Cows live (seen the commercial?) and they state the BEST cheese comes from (not my fault..I didn't create the commercial, okay???)

I would love to be STRING CHEESE - Is that taken yet?
