LoTR Survivor- Who will survive?

Okay first things first someone else gave me the idea to do this, I hated Survivor, but like everyone I saw the occasional one-Help me! But it helped me make this game so....ummm...

Okay, to the point! For this game, there need to be 12 (active, [you'll see why])players(slightly more or less I guess wouldn't matter), and so allowing 3 teams of 4 to be created (team name suggestions welcome!) Basically for each round there will be a set of questions for each team (which become harder as the rounds progress), which each team member must anwser one of. The team which is slowest to answer all their questions will have to go to tribal camp and vote off one of their members. As the game goes on immunity challenges will be brought in too!
In the end there will only be one survivor, the winner!

So if you want to join the game post a reply here saying so, and I will randomly allocate you to a team.Any problems (which are highly likely as its so difficult to explain) post here too. The game will start as soon as possible (ie enough players) so post now if you don't wanna miss out!

Thank you very much for joining Alatar, Astaliel, Galadhrim and YB! If you know anyone else that may be interested please tell them, as the sooner we get players, the sooner the game can start. I wouldn't worry too much to begin with about knowledge, as the idea of a team would be that you could as those in your teanm to help if you need it. So no worries (or trouting) Galadhrim. Besides the first round questions will be really easy- honest :angel:

Alatar, I think a the prize would be the winning itself, though I may think up a little something (if I can), just to make it special, but it won't be cash I'm afraid, as the loss of a penny burns a large hole in my pocket- lol !

Great ideas for team names that I could use possibly, keep 'em coming!

So if you haven't joined yet, feel free to do so as we really need players so we can begin!

WOW, your right YB, I'am pleased. It's weird. It wasn't able to go online yesterday to see how things were going, but I come on today to find that we have nearly enough people. Thank You everyone! All we now need is one more person. A big thanks to people who helped others to join, as well as those that did. We should be able to play real soon. Though I hope we will get that one more person, before next week, I think that it will be best that we start the game on Monday. This way we should hopefully get that 12th player, and everyone should be here. I'm sorry if this frustrates anyone who really wants to play, but by setting this date you'll know when we'll start. I don't know what to do if we don't get out other player though-lol.

Anyway have a nice rest till Monday, and a good Easter weekend! Better start learning a bit of LoTR for the first round, but saying that the questions are gonna be super easy so, no worries. Round two's gonna be different though, I'am warning you now (different, not difficult :) )

I'm off to start sorting out teams. If we get the 12th player by Saturday/Sunday morning, I'll be able to post the Teams. They should come shortly after the joining of number 12.

Okay I've now got the Teams. The Team names used the idea from YayBoromir! of using Boromir. So I decieded to use one man, elf and hobbit. Seeing as there are people here that have names that could be used for a similar purpose I did so. So thank you Galadriel adn Frodo's love. Obviously I had to put them in the corresponding Team, but everyone else was totally random (name picked from hat, I had to do things properly). I hope no one minds me doing this for team names, I couldn't think of a better thing to do.

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: Okay I had to write that to ensure that no one goes and awnsers the questions without considering the rules. For this round your team will have four questions. Each member must awnser only ONE of their teams questions. If more than one are awnser is given then any given will be seen as incorrect. The team with the least correct awnsers will go to tribal camp to vote off a member. If there is a tie in the number of correct awnsers, the slowest team to awnser all their questions will be going to tribal camp to vote someone off. So to be safe your team must awnser all their questions correctly in the quickest time.

That's exactly what I was going to say! Imagine how hard it's been for me! Anyway that's it for Round 1 and Team Boromir was in first place, with Team Galadriel in second. Well done to both teams, who are both safe till round two. Poor Team Frodo! Well done to Frodo's Love and a special well done to Miruvor for being first to awnser. But I'm afraid that with no awnser from Lhuntidomion and Astaliel I'm afraid your going to have to lose a member.

What happens is that each member of Team Frodo must PM me with a vote against a team member that you wish to lose. This must be done by tommorrow or anybody who hasn't voted will get a vote against themselves.

As both Lhuntidomion and Astaliel have not shown any signs of playing, if they don't vote I may chose to split up team Frodo now, and put Frodo's Love and Miruvor on the other Teams which will mean Team Boromir and Galadriel will have an additional player. But that also means they will be against their former team mates. This step wouldn't normally be taken, but I think this will be best for the game if no action is taken from the "sleeping hobbits".

Please PM with your votes as soon as possible Team Frodo, so that this process can be done quickly, so we can start round 2.

I will post here to inform what happens, but before that is done the voted off/losing members will be PM to tell them of this.

Well I had to allow for spelling mistakes, some names are difficult to remember. In fact some of the hardess names i know belong to people who use this thread. No I never get picked first. I hat like gym and all sports in school because of the guys So I don't do anything but still get my A lol. One time I wouldn't catch this ball for this game we were playing and the guys had a fit. They were screaming at me and everything. I was like chill out it is just a game. I also really hate volleyball and like running in any form.

Miruvor is going to be on Team Galadriel and Frodo's love is on Team Boromir (another hat picking!). So I hope this is OK! I'm sorry I left it so long. It wasn't going to be this long......I was going to do it earlier today....but .....anyway no need to here about where I've been on with round two!

For this round I have hidden 6 letters on the end of posts in different areas of the site. The idea is to find also six letters, and unscramble the name (don't worry it's a name you all definately know!). Once you have found the name PM it to ME. PLEASE DON"T POST IT as it will give away the anwser. The winning team will be the one who gets ALL team members to PM me first! The letters aren't in difficult thread, they'll be in ones that are not used often and have only 1 page (except one, but the clue with that is I'm the author of that thread).

Well I'm afraid that every single person that anwsered gave the anwser IGTICA . It wasn't meant to be as hard as it was lol ! But this means that Team Galadriel have completed this round first, so meaning that Team Boromir has to now chose a member to vote off. As before if you don't vote or vote for more than one person a vote is counted against you. So will each of Team Boromir's members please PM me with your vote for a team member. Again I will post the anwser here, but also I will PM the person voted off .
This is probably the hardest part in the game, but if your voted off you will be asked to keep an eye on the game so you can help with the final round, so it isn't a total loss. Will all of Team Boromir please PM me as quickly as possible so that round 3 can begin. If need I may set a time limit on this, so please get your vote in as soon as possible.

Okay same as last time, only one question each, anymore and it will be counted as incorrect! Okay Team Galadriel has the harder job now to stay as a team as they have more members to rely on anwsering, so here it goes:
