Ive noticed some of the more well known members have different pics and discriptions below there names. Is this a staff only priviledge?

Ah yes it is the only benefit of working on War of the Ring.;-) They get to choose their avatar and a description whihc matches either their name or the section work on. Though we may expand it to members of the month etc............
