Alright so i guess i am touting this around a bit ... :grin: but if anyone is interested in meeting up for a barbecue in London over the weekend of 9th/10th august 2003 please let me know. Some WOTR ers from the states will be over here visiting so it will be a truly international event. This is your chance to try Ru's cooking for real .......

Well Ludi ... i do cook ... but i can't guarantee to its being edible ;) (though it is relatively unusual for my cooking to bite) lol

wow! there aree so many replies to this thread compared to the other one (which being me is the one i replied to! lol)

anyways..i'll have to check to see if Pil and i are available (and parents will let us) but a barbeque is always fun! lol

I'm actually planning a trip to Europe in early August. If it all works out I don't see why I couldn't make it for a WoTR BBQ in London. How cool would that be?!

Ranger - London IS in the Manchester area if the playing field is THE ENTIRE GLOBE!!!! I'll be coming from The United States - You can get there from Manchester. We NEED you, we WANT you, we GOTTA, GOTTA, GOTTA have you at this international shindig!!!

I could actually go by car or by train to London - I do live in Kent after all. lol I'm not sure if I'm going to be on holiday though...I probably will be...and then, the parents...

Ok, I'll be the digital camera bearer. NOT as exciting as being the RING bearer - I' ain't so likely to swoon, although I'm sure to be tugged round the site and the fellowship will be after my burden - to delete the evidence. tee, hee! Er... I have to bring some disappointing news, at least for me it's disappointing: I won't be able to be at Rumil's BBQ for at that time I'll be on vacaction :( (my familyvacation has been set to a later date so at the date of the party I'll still be on vacation)
I'm sorry I can't be there especially since I thought I could a nd I got my hopes up. I hope you'll take some great pics so I get the feeling I was there...
