This is the sub-cathegory where you can discuss anything from elvish costumes to prosthetic feet!
Here are the following things that we can focus on in this forum:
Costumes
Elegant garbs of the elves... The sweet lil' waistcoats of those hobbits...
Cosmetics
Anything about wigs, beards, colored contacts, Prosthetic ears, noses, feet...
Accessories
Share your knowledge about elvish jewelry, hobbit pipes and other LotR accessories (be it on the movie or on sale in LotR merchandise shops).
Cosplay (I checked the dictionary, but this word doesn't seem to exist. But it's been used extensively in Japan, probably the full word is Costume Play)
If you have any photos with yourself in Lotr garb, or any great ideas for D-I-Y costumes, feel free to share them here too. To share your personal photos, I would suggest that you post them up in the Members' photo section and then use image posting to post them in a thread.
Creations
If you happen to have designed some clothes/accessories wihich are kind of related to LotR (elvish themed design or something), and you'd like to flaunt your talent, you may do so here too!
Special Effects and Filming Methods
Sound... Computer Graphics... Scaling... Weta... anything else that belongs to behind-the scenes movie production!
Storyboards
Be they abandoned or used storyboards, they've contributed greatly in the making of the movie.
Reviews
Of any LotR costume or accessory on sale. Remember to indicate the website or shop where you found that particular item.
Image posting has been enabled in this thread, so do make full use of it. However, if the images are not from here at WotR, please post a link using the URL code instead!
If you want to share a photo and you haven't got it uploaded on the web, just email it to me and I can upload it in my album in the photo forums and post the image directly in your thread. ;)
Use separate threads for different costumes or accessories if you're discussing one in particular, so members do not need to comment on a few things all in one thread as this could get confusing.
Please do not discuss LotR battle-related replicas and armory here. Those should be reserved for the battle-plains.
