I've a question along the line of the "fire in the pot", that is, I don't see one under my own name while I'm in the Forums. Should I?

Well you have chosen not to appear online from the options... that affects the fire as well (:

Edit: the option is called "Invisible Mode?" if you choose that you're not only not listed as logged in, but also you never have fire in the pot no matter whether you're online or not

As Mirkgirl says, if your options are set to search the board are set to 'Invisible' then that affects your fire pot as well

If you click on the little 'options' button, then click on Edit options and the Invisible Mode option is the first one on the list – My guess is that your option is yes at the moment – if you switch it to ‘no’, you should be able to see your little ‘fire pot’ lit up. Hope that helps.
