Following on from the thread in 'Other Books' do you think a Discworld film would be commercially viable?

i dont know if the humour would translate that well.....have you seen the Cosgrove Hall animated Discworld series? theyve done Soul Music, Wryd Sisters and i think theres one other....not bad, but not an unqualified success either....:cool:

ahhh you admit it;) ...yeah well i have Wyrd Sisters, so i cant talk lol....not to mention several signed hardbacks ;).....whats Soul Music like? does it compare well with the book?...Chris Lee does Death in that one too doesnt he?

Yes he does. Im not taken with the style of animation they've adapted but its ok. Buddy has a welsh accent and the dwarf is liverpudlian, its quite funny :)
