Who would you talk to and what would you say?

If you could talk to a character in the Silmarillion, who would it be and what would you say.

I'd tell Gwindor to leave Turin alone, he's nothing but trouble
or
Warn Beren about Luthien
or
Try to warn Feanor that his little trinkets will end up destroying the Noldor
or
Tell EVERYBODY to LISTEN TO ULMO!!! he knows what he is talking about!
or
Chill out with Finrod, talk about the music and the old days

well itd prob have to be to tell gwindor about Turin, cos well tragedy did kinda follow him arround.
id stop anyone who tried to stop beren and luthien getin together, imagine thered have been no Doir or his daughter , and earendil wud never have goten the silmaril

I would like to talk to Feanor. There has to be more to his madness than is given in the book. I would find it very fasinating to see what his view points are. I would also warn him about Melkor's lies.

I would love to have a little talk with Turgon... before he gets to much love for Gondolin I would tell him that whatever UImo sais you mut do even if it's a very hard sacrafice for that way hopr would remain.... and i would give him a plaque with the same words on it to remind him.

or I would love to talk to Fingolfin and tell him not to give into madness and keep cool under the most pressuerised situations, so he won't rus of and battle Morgoth

or I would meet Maedhros and wan him about the easterlings and give him the advice to controll his brothers and to support the Valar and Vanyar when the time comes...

(hehe of course I would chill out with these guys aswell. Chillin with Finrod... cool, Finrod :thumbs: )

I'd love to chill with Finrod! :p He is very fair and wise.
As for Feanor, it wouldn't have been any good talking to him. The lust for the Silmarils were to strong.

I would most want to talk to Maedhros and Maglor when they are pursuaded by Eonwe to give up the Oath. I would have agreed with Maglor that the oath is in vain.

I'd love to talk to Manwe and ask him what he was thinking when he left the rest of M.E to fend for itself.

I'd so agree with the whole talking to Maglor thing. Actually I talk to him on a daily basis, which is difficult due to the fact that he is now 100% fea (check out Morgoth's Ring)
