Hey Folks,
I just got off the line with the techs that support our server, and wanted to notify you straight away!!
In order to resolve our connectivity issue, it appears that the settings on our NIC card are going to need to be reset. When this is going to happen they were unable to tell me as this is in the hands of the "Network Folks".
They did however confirm that modifying the settings on the card requires that our server be down for approximately 1 hour.
Please be advised that sometime over the next 24 hours, we should expect this outage.
I apologise in advance for the inconvenience, and assure you that we are doing are best to resolve this issue in a quick and efficient manner.
