I really wouldn't know what to ask her for. In the presence of such a personality, I'm sure that I would have been rather intimidated!
Maybe if I was asked to choose, my response would have been "I ask for the wisdom to choose wisely ...".

I would have asked for one of the golden leaves...pressed and framed like...nothing more beautiful than nature at its finest... :p

Or maybe to dump that loser Celeborn and get with a real man ;-)
Seriously I think seeing such a vsion of beauty and understanding would be gift enough.
