:whoohoo: finally round 3 is here! Ok this round is a little different, but you may recognise it from the original LoTR survivor! Make sure you read the rules as usual:

Ok I have hidden 5 letters, on posts, in different forums. They're at the end of actually posts talking about the subject but they're clearly marked "LoTR Survivor 2: letter goes here", and this is situatated at the end of the post! Once you have found all 5 of the letters you need to rearrange them to get a name. Once you have the name you'll need to PM me or Gala. Anybody that posts the answer here will be allowing there team to have the vote off, and this round will end. So becareful! The letter hidden posts are on threads that are quiet, so you won't need to hunt through pages to find them. They should be on the most recent page at the least. (unless my post was the last of that page, and therefore the letter will be on the proceeding page).

Good luck everyone, and if you have any problems at all don't heisitate to contact me or Gala.

This round is based on a type of questions that is frequently found in IQ tests. It's not difficult at all, but it's a bit complicated to explain, so I'll just give you an example. :)
A question could be:
E.T. is to Steven Spielberg as The Lord of the Rings (the trilogy) is to _______?
Now you have to figure out the connection between E.T. and Steven Spielberg --> Steven Spielberg directed E.T.; and apply that to the second pair. Which means the solution is the director of the Lord of the Rings trilogy - Peter Jackson.

Wow thanks so much Ceri! I guess you want to participate as a temporay player. if you do can you take over from Hobbit.

The game is pretty simple. Each round you get a task. And the slowest team to complete that task, or to complete it incorrectly loses that round. So they have to vote off a team member. The aim of the game is to be the last one to remain in the game wins. As a temp you will take over from hobbit for now. But you maybe asked to take over from others if possible. Also when not playing, your welcome to be part of the peanut gallery. This means you can help with the final round. Unles..your part of it :grin:

Don't worry FoM, you don't need to do this round. BG (Mocha's previous replacement) did this round already. Talking of whom, BG actually guessed the closest to the actual amount of swords too. The actual amount of swords was 138! So Team Legolas are safe. The next closest team were Team Aragorn (it was extremley close)! So this means it's time for tribual camp for Team Gimli :(

Well, now that there is only one team left, it's even harder to decide who to vote against, I think. If you think someone is doing bad with the guessing, or is bad for the team, you would vote against them. But I know some players just randomly pick a name, because it's so difficult to decide who to vote against. I'm afraid you're pretty much on your own here...

As for the players - at the moment Ereinion, Luvara, Kenzie, Lyrkalas, Friend of Maglor, and Nessa the dancer (but she has immunity in this round) are playing beside you.

And as for the PG - well, pretty much everyone who posts here, other than the players and Iggy and myself, are members of the PG.
