The special edition DVD whats in the collectors edition?

The border of the packaging takes inspiration from Meduseld, with horse motifs in the top corners. However, the inside of the box has more of a cave theme, and is 'lined' with a small picture of Frodo and, possibly, Sam (though if this is true Sam is hidden from view).
The collectible is a Gollum statuette.
