Pippin's, Merry's, Sam's and Frodo's. Whose hobbit costume is your fave?

I think Sam has the greatest costume.
It isn't as wealthy looking and isn't as colorful as the costumes of the other Hobbits so it fits perfectly for a gardener/servant.
Besides I think it fits the best with the Lorien cloakes they will get later on in the movie.

oh, I liked Frodo's costume best I think. I like the rich material and he looked like a real country gentleman in my opinion.

Frodo's... The velvet is very flattering, but very hard to wear.

Notice that Sam's costume is pushed out at the torso... ;)

I voted for Frodo's costume, too. :) It looks really "gentlemanly" with its fine materials.
I like the statement Hobbit gave about Sam's costume. :)

They're all great, but my fave is Frodo's. ( Do I sense a bias here.....???) lol

The vibrant colors, soft matierial...mmmm, velvety..

Didn't the costume designer (Ngila Dickson? Or did I make that name up?) say that she used purplish colors for Frodo to make him stand out, sort of a 'prince' among hobbits? Well, it worked. ;)

i personally liked Pippin's the best :grin: It's very bright and cheery... like him! I think everyone's costumes fit them well (in more ways then one ;) )... they reflected their personalities and just suited them (no pun intended lol )

I like Pippin's costume the best too! I like the bright green coat with the yellow shirt. The colours go well together and they're cheerful, like Pippin.

I love Frodo's costume. There are such rich browns and greens..... earth colors. Very fitting since they live in the earth. The brown velvet is my favorite.

I vote for Frodo's costume. It looks very much like something a bookish, yet adventurous vagabond of the Victorian era might wear.

omg i love the little hobbit scarf that pippin wears. or is it merry... i don't know. anyways, one of them wears that scarf and it's so cool. it's on my little hobbit action figure my friend gave me for my birthday.
